SUMMARY:Shamanic Plant Medicine Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Ceremonies with Ayahuasca: Friday 8 December and Saturday 9 December 2023\n \nWe aim to start the ceremonies at 20:00 on Friday\, 8 December 2023 and Saturday\, 9 December 2023\,  please ensure that you arrive in time to get settled. \n\n\nThe ceremony will be in the shamanic style\, a ceremony during which teacher plants/ power plants are taken by the participants with a prayer for healing\, direction and spiritual growth.\n \nA shamanic journey is to invoke the four directions\, the heart of the sky\, the Great Spirit\, the Great Mystery\, the heart of Mother Earth and the Sacred Fire. The teachings and knowledge of the medicines open our hearts and our minds – not only to really know\, accept and love ourselves\, but also to accept and include others in our circle\, without any judgements. By doing the work with clarity\, integrity\, respect and consistency\, always remembering to be humble and sincere\, we honour those that came before us – their knowledge\, wisdom and instructions. Much healing is possible during a shamanic journey – with the guidance of sacred songs\, we are able to restore our connection Great Spirit and All That Is. In this way\, physical and emotional obstacles are shifted\, and limiting beliefs are removed. By healing this separation in each of us\, everything can be healed.\n\nI will send preparation guidelines closer to the time.\n \nContribution R4850 per person\n\n \n* Everyone to bring own bucket for purging.\n \nPrivate healing sessions\nFriday and Saturday afternoon – contribution R850 per session\n \nKambo\nSaturday morning – contribution R1250 per person\n

DESCRIPTION:Sharing/ Assimilation circle\n \nIf you have attended a ceremony with me this year\, this is a beautiful opportunity to get together to discuss how the experience has affected your life\, your relationships\, any challenging aspects\, etc. It is a beautiful opportunity to share and express yourself in a safe place amongst like-minded brothers and sisters.\n\nMedicine Temazcal (sweat lodge)\n\nWe aim to start the ceremony at 22:00 on Saturday\, 16 December 2023\,  please ensure that you arrive in time to get settled.\n\n\n\n\nIn the Medicine Temazcal we share the plant medicines\, while focusing our intentions and prayers on honouring the tobacco as the First Medicine\, the purpose\, the water\, the fire and earth.\n\nThere is something deeply universal about the structure of this ceremony and its allegiance to the creative matrix through the archetypes of Father Sky\, Earthly Mother\, the sacred fire\, the altar\, water\, food and medicines. It teaches us more about living as open-hearted beings – not only with each other but among all sentient life on earth.\n\nThe ceremony of the Medicine Temazcal has four rounds\, with each round focused respectively on the purpose\, the water prayer\, the power prayer and honouring the gifts from Mother Earth.
