This retreat, set in a safari camp near Harare, comprises a beautiful combination of ceremony, sweat lodge, breath work and community.

We start with a Shamanic Ceremony with the medicine of Ayahuasca on Friday, on Saturday there is an integration circle followed by a short workshop on understanding the Medicine Wheel – an introduction to the Red Path, the importance of the seven directions and other medicine wheel teachings.

Saturday late afternoon, we will have the ceremony of sweat lodge and in the evening we will gather around the fire for the medicine of BUFO.

On Sunday the retreat closes with a cacao ceremony, somatic yoga movements and a sound bath, followed by a final sharing and closing circle.
